Liberty Foodcare provides low cost food at reasonable quality to everyone who needs food relief.
The following arrangements are in place due to limited funding and some restriction in our supply chains.
Please note the following procedures:
FOR CLIENTS WITH REFERRAL PAPERWORK FROM AN AGENCY
- Client will receive an Emergency Hamper (50 points) and will be able to access any free food items from our store.
Please note that these freebies are highly variable and we cannot guarantee neither quality nor quantity on any particular day
- Client may do a shop for other goods dependent on an extra payment from either themselves or an agency’s contribution. Liberty will invoice the agency if required.
FOR CLIENTS RINGING LIBERTY OR TURNING UP AT OUR SHOP IN ROBERT STREET WITHOUT ANY REFERRAL PAPERWORK FROM AN AGENCY
- Client will receive an Emergency Hamper (50 points) and will be able to access any free food items from our store if available.
- Client may do a shop for other goods dependent on an extra payment Delivery is available for a $5 fee
Liberty will be imposing a strict one emergency hamper per 3 months limit.
This is subject on a case by case assessment by Liberty Foodcare.
THESE ARRANGEMENTS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL EXTRA FUNDING FOR FOOD RELIEF IS AVAILABLE
